Will the fibers get in my eyes?
Through correct application this occurrence should be minimized but should the fibers get in your eye don’t worry they won’t cause harm. When applying the fibers keep them to the outer half of the lashes and avoid placing the wand close to the lash line.
Once you’ve followed the steps correctly the fibers are sealed in place and will not fall out on your cheeks during wear. During application some fibers may fall on your cheeks but these can be easily brushed away with a fluffy powder brush.
All you need is warm water and gently rub the mascara off.
Absolutely! The formula does not run or smudge. Say goodbye to raccoon eyes.
Can I swim while wearing Fibreluxe Lashes?
Fibreluxe Lashes will stay in place for casual frolicking in the water but if you’re going to be spending a lot of time submerged expect the mascara to possibly come off. Fortunately, you will not have raccoon eyes if this happens!
How long can I use Fibreluxe Lashes?
According to WebMD you should replace your mascara every 3-6 months after opening it due to bacterial growth inside the tube. If you have any type of infection in your eye replace your mascara right away. Use your best judgment and remember to take care of your eyes! Unopened beauty products can last anywhere from 2-5 years if stored in a dark, dry, cool environment.

What's your return policy?
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We do not cover return shipping.
We suggest you select a shiping option with tracking. We are not responsible for returned items lost in transit. Items returned with no tracking info that become lost will not be eligible for a refund.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
